The White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa located in the famous Niagara Winery region of Ontario, is a highly acclaimed business and recreational centre boasting membership as Canada’s sole Resort Hotel and Spa member of the prestigious International Association of Conference Centres (IACC). The complex includes 220 guest rooms, 67,000 ft sq of meeting space for groups up to 500 persons, world class fitness and recreational facilities for tennis, squash, racquetball and fitness training and other amenities all located on a 13 acre site. Simpson Environmental was selected in competition as the preferred vendor of an ozone laundry system for hotel operations.

The system designed by Simpson supports three 100 lb and one 50 lb commercial laundry machines complete via a fully integrated ozone laundry AOP system. Projected savings from this ozone laundry installation were determined via a thorough analysis of client supplied data for prior period operating costs for chemicals, hot water, hydro, water and sewer, dryer and off-site laundry services provided for peak periods. Overall hard cost savings for the above were estimated to be in the range of $100,000 inclusive of estimated linen replacement savings and excluding any consideration for labour and re- wash cost savings. This provided a very attractive payback to the client under six (6) months based on the capital costs of the equipment and installation/training services provided by Simpson.
